甘肃甘南藏族自治州中小学体育课程人力资源开发利用的研究

摘　　要：根据体育课程资源理论,主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈以及实地调查等方法,对甘肃甘南藏族自治州体育人力资源现状及开发利用情况进行分析研究。针对存在的问题尝试性提出本地区体育课程人力资源发展的对策与建议,即充分利用"援教顶岗"、"支教";注意发挥有体育特长的学生、班主任以及其他教师的作用;加强对民族地区师资的培养力度。According to the sports curriculum resources theory, and using the method of literature review, questionnaire, interview and field survey methods, this paper analyzes the primary and secondary physical education curriculum development and utilization of human resources of Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture in Gansu province. Based on existing problems, some suggestions and countermeasures are put forwarded for local sports curriculum human resources development. It concludes that we should fully use the education support, display the function of students with sports special skill, the head - teacher of the class and other teachers and strengthen the on -job training of teachers in minority regions.
