摘　　要：近年来图书情报界的热点话题——"二八规则的长尾理论"已逐步渗入图书馆学知识服务的各个环节。本文以期刊情报资源的建设和服务水平的提升为切入点,阐释普通高校馆期刊资源迎接"长尾"挑战的切实可行之策略。As a hot issue of library and information industry in recent years,the Long Tail Theory based on the 20-80 Rule has gradually permeated through each link of knowledge service of university libraries.Starting from the construction of periodical information resources and the promotion of service level,this article elaborates the feasible strategies for the periodical resources of university libraries to meet the challenge of ＂Long Tail＂.
