摘  要:目的观察含镧、铈凝胶的抗酸蚀作用。方法30枚牙釉质-牙骨质块在pH循环条件下用含2000ppm镧(La)、铈(Ce)和氟(F)凝胶处理5d,进一步酸蚀24h。结果在F/La和F/Ce组处理的牙表面可见有球形颗粒覆盖,24h的酸蚀可使这些颗粒消失,但牙表面仍完好,然而对照组则出现明显的酸蚀现象,即托姆突(TPP)点隙增大,部分晶体溶解。结论含2000ppm镧,铈和氟联合应用具有很强的抗酸蚀能力,并认为这可能和La(Ce),Ca,F化合物的形成有关,这为其在临床上的应用提供了理论和实验依据。Objective The present study was to investigate the acidresistant effect of lanthanum,ceriumcontained gel. Methods 30 of enamelcementum slabs were treated individually with 2000ppm lanthanum,cerium and fluoridecontained gel in a pHcycle condition for 5 days and etched with acetic buffer gel for 24 hours. Results There were spherical grains coating layers on the surface of enamel or cementum surfaces treated with F/La and F/Ce groups.24hour successive etching made the grains disappeared,and still showed the sound surfaces.However,there were obvious etching feature in control group,which showed the enlarged Tome's process pits as well as the dissolved crystals. Conclusion Combined treatment procedure of 2000ppm F and La(Ce)gel showed the strong acidresistant ability,which suggested that La(Ce)CaF compounds play an important role,and established the foundation theoretically and experimentally for the clinical application.
