摘　　要：根据大型工程项目的合同实施特点,重点从合同架构对项目投资控制、进度控制、质量控制以及组织协调等方面的影响说明其分析的重要性,阐明合同架构分析是合同关系建立的基础,有助于把握合同管理的主线,起到提纲挈领的作用并提出具体实施建议。Based on characteristics of large - scale construction project, this paper illustrates the importance of analysis on construction - framework from it＇ s effect on time control, cost control, quality control, organization and coordination during the project management process, and the analysis on construction - framework for large - scale is foundation to establish contraction relationship, which helps to hold the head clue of contract and concentrate on the main point. Some implementation proposal is also presented in this paper.
