摘  要:目的考察茵陈有效单体对羟基苯乙酮的降血脂作用。方法建立SD大鼠高血脂模型,以大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平为疗效评价指标,观察对羟基苯乙酮的降血脂效应,并与辛伐他汀及对羟基苯乙酮衍生物相比。结果对羟基苯乙酮可降低高脂血症模型大鼠血清TC和LDL-C水平;病理切片显示其对模型大鼠的脂肪肝改善有一定益处。结论对羟基苯乙酮可能是茵陈等具降脂作用中药的有效成分。Objective To observe the effect of p-hydroxyacetophenone, an effective monomer of Artemisiae capillaris, on lowering blood lipids. Methods Hyperlipemia models were established in SD rats. The effect of p-hydroxyacetophenone on lowering blood lipids was evaluated by the level of serum total cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), and was compared with simvastatin and derivatives of p-hydroxyacetophenone. Results p-Hydroxyacetophenone reduced the levels of serum TC and LDL-C in hyperlipemia model SD rats significantly. Patho-histological examination demonstrated that p-hydroxyacetophenone could improve fatty liver in model SD rats. Conclusion p-hydroxyacetophenone may be the active ingredient of Artemisiae capillaris responsible for cholesterol-lowering.
