摘　　要：采用问卷法对期刊评价体系样标进行了调查,调结果显示:75%的人赞同引用率是学术价值最好体现,略高于2005年国际调查资料;接近60%的人赞同下载率是最好的期刊评价指标,略低于2005年国际调查资料;60%的人赞同核心期刊发表是最好的期刊评价指标;74.9%的人赞同国际机构收录是最好的期刊评价指标;并针对此进行了分析研究。Questionnaire results show that 75 percent authors believe that high citation rate is the embodiment of academic value of journals,which is a little higher than that of international survey materials in 2005,that about 60 percent authors think that download rate is the best index to evaluate the journals,which is a little lower than that of international survey materials in 2005,that 60 percent authors believe that the paper published in core journals is the best paper and that 74.9 percent authors endorse that international institutions records are the best journal evaluation index.
