公安院校教学现状分析与对策研究

摘　　要：公安院校担负着为公安机关培养合格人才的重任。当前,公安院校在教学方面面临许多问题,有待进一步分析和研究,从而尽快制定出有针对性的对策。这些对策主要有:建立相应体制,完善各项机制;修订教学计划,重视实践能力培养;完善教学评价体系,激励教师教学创新;细化教育目标,实施精细化培养;重视教学与实践结合;充分整合教学资源;转变考核方法,侧重能力培养;重视实习基地建设,实施逐案分析探讨;重视科技手段运用,切实提升科技强警水平;实施"订单式"培养,突出能力教学;重视创新能力培养,注重潜在素质提升。Publicsecurity colleges anduniversitiesare responsible forthe training qualified talentsfor public security organs.In current,public security colleges and universities face some problems in teaching,which should be solved.The countermeasures are： establishing related system,perfecting various mechanisms;revising the teaching plan,paying attention to practice abilities training;perfecting teaching evaluation system,encouraging teaching innovation;making the teaching target detailed,carrying out fine training;paying attention to the combination of teaching and practice;integrating teaching resources fully;changing assessment system,stressing on abilities training;enhancing practice base construction,discussing on cases one by one;paying attention to technology methods using,improving science and technology strengthening police standard;carrying out order-form training,outstanding abilities teaching;paying attention to innovation abilities training,laying stress on potential qualities enhancement.
