自制肛门镜用于多普勒引导痔动脉结扎的围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨自制肛门镜用于多普勒引导痔动脉结扎治疗混合痔的围手术期护理。方法使用自制肛门镜对25例Ⅰ～Ⅲ度以内痔为主的痔病患者行多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术,经充分的术前准备,术中严密监护患者神志、面色、生命体征并配合医生,术后观察其便血、痔核脱出、疼痛、肛门瘙瘁、分泌物等护理干预。结果 25例患者均手术成功,平均住院3.2天临床治愈出院;术后7天、3个月进行随访,患者症状缓解,对手术效果满意。结论痔动脉结扎术治疗以内痔为主的混合痔近期疗效好,有效的护理有利于减缓患者的心理压力及促进患者的康复。Objective To explore self-invention anoscope utendus hemorrhoidal artery ligation guided by doppler and perioperative nursing care. Methods 25 patients with hemorrhoid which degree of I ～ III based on the principle of internal hemorrhoid were operated by self-invention anoscope utendus hemorrhoidal artery ligation guided by doppler. We made adequate preparation before operation. Then we monitored the patients＇ complexion,consciousness and vital signs strictly,and matched with closely the doctor during operation. Finally,we observed the patients＇ circumstance of hematochezia,prolapse of hemorrhoids,pain,saocui anus and secretion after operation. Results The operations of 25 patients were successful. All the patients were discharged from hospital after recovery. And the median length of hospital stay was 3.2 days. The follow-up time was 7 days and 3 months. The patients were satisfied with the therapeutic efficacy and their symptoms were relieved. Conclusions Self-invention anoscope utendus hemorrhoidal artery ligation guided by doppler is effective procedure for mixed hemorrhoid based on the principle of internal hemorrhoed. And it shorter term ortcome is better. The perioperative nursing care is of significance in helping the patients maintain a good mental state and smooth recovery.
