哮喘儿童生存质量及其对家庭的影响研究

摘　　要：目的评价哮喘儿童的生存质量及其对家庭的影响,为临床干预和健康教育提供理论依据。方法运用儿童生存质量量表体系(PedsQLTM)的普适性核心量表、哮喘模块和家庭影响模块中文版对广州市142名哮喘患儿及其家长进行问卷调查,通过计算量表总表和各维度的得分来分析患儿的生存质量以及患儿对家庭的影响。结果在普适性核心量表家长报告总表得分中,以角色功能得分最低,为75分;而在儿童自评报告总表得分中,以角色功能和情感功能领域得分最低,为80分。在哮喘模块家长报告和儿童自评报告总表得分中均以症状维度最低,分别为79.54分和77.27分。在家庭影响模块中以家庭日常活动得分最低,为66.67分,其次为父母忧虑维度,为70分。结论儿童哮喘影响患儿及其父母生存质量,并给患儿家庭日常活动和父母工作也带来不同程度的影响。Objective To evaluate the quality of life（QOL） of asthmatic children and its impact on family,and give theoretic basics of clinical treatment and health education. Methods The pediatric quality of life inventoryTM（PedsQLTM） generic core scales,disease specific modules and family impact module were used to investigate 142 asthmatic children. The scores of scale and all dimensions were calculated to analyze QOL of asthmatic children and its impact on family. Results The role functioning score in family reported PedsQLTM generic core scale was the lowest（75） . The role functioning and emotional functioning score in children reported PedsQLTM generic core scale was the lowest（80） . The asthma symptoms domain in disease specific modules was the lowest. The family daily activity domain in family impact module was the lowest. Conclusions Asthmatic has an adverse effect on QOL of asthmatic children and family. And it has an adverse effect on family daily activities of children and work of parents.
