岭南抗感凉茶的药效学和安全性研究

摘　　要：目的对岭南抗感凉茶的药效学进行研究,并对其安全性作出评价。方法采用小鼠二甲苯所致耳肿胀模型及毛细血管通透性增高模型观察岭南抗感凉茶的抗炎作用;以最大浓度、最大给药剂量灌胃小鼠,评估其对人体的安全性。结果岭南抗感凉茶对二甲苯所致耳肿胀和冰醋酸所致毛细管通透性增加均有抑制作用,并与剂量相关,其最大给药剂量为256.4g/kg。结论岭南抗感凉茶作为清凉饮料使用是安全有效的。Objective To study the pharmacodynamic of LingNan KangGan Herbal Tea and to evaluate its safety. Methods The anti-inflammatory effect was investigated by xylene-induced mice auricular swelling test and mice capilary permeability increase test caused by ethanoic acid;maximum concentration,maximum dose was tested in mice in order to assess the safety. Results LingNan KangGan Herbal Tea could inhibit the permeability of the capillary and the degree of auricular swelling,and went with dose-dependent,the maximum dose was 256.4 g/kg. Conclusion LingNan KangGan Herbal Tea using as a soft drink is safe and effective.
