某高校教工健康体检空腹血糖受损及其代谢情况分析

摘　　要：目的调查高校教工健康体检人群空腹血糖受损情况及其与血脂血尿酸水平的关系。方法对3104人的体检资料进行统计分析,比较空腹血糖受损组与正常血糖组之间的血脂血尿酸水平并进行相关性分析。结果空腹血糖受损(IFG)阳性率为9.4%,IFG组的血脂水平显著高于正常血糖组(P=0.000);血脂等代谢紊乱是IFG的危险因素。结论 IFG是2型糖尿病及大血管病变的危险因素。Objective To investigate the relationship between impaired fasting glucose（IFG） and blood lipid and uric acid levels in physical examination people of a college faculty. Methods The medical datas of 3 104 people were analyzed,the blood lipid and uric acid levels were compared and implemented the correlative analysis in impaired fasting glucose and normal glucose group. Results The positive rate of IFG was 9.4%,the lipid levels in IFG group were significantly higher than those in normal blood glucose group（P = 0.000）;the lipid metabolic disorders were the risk factors for IFG. Conclusion IFG is the risk factor of type 2 diabetes and macrovascular diseases.
