摘　　要：现代政治的重要特点是"政党政府"政治运作模式的出现。具体到当代中国而言,中国共产党实现对国家政权统一领导、保证党执政地位的重要组织载体是设立在中央和地方各级国家机关、人民团体、经济组织、文化组织和其他非党组织的领导机关中发挥领导核心作用的党组。这有效地保证了党对国家政权的领导与控制。The important features of modern politics lies in the appearance of the politics operation mode the party government.As to modern China,the Communist Party of China plays the role of a leading core,for the realization of the unified leadership to the State power and for the guarantee of the ruling status as the important organizational carrier,in the leading bodies such as the Central and local State organs at different levels,people＇s organizations,economic organizations,cultural organizations and other none-party organizations,which guarantees effectively the Party＇s leadership and control over the State power.
