摘　　要：人民军队法制建设重要思想是毛泽东建军思想的重要组成部分,是我军建设和军事法制实践经验的总结。它奠定了人民军队法制建设的理论和实践基础,保证了人民军队建设始终在法制的正确道路上健康发展。The important thought of people＇s military legal system construction is an important component of MAO Zedong military thought and the summary of the military and military legal practice experience.It is the foundation of the theory and practice of the Chinese people military legal system construction,which ensures its healthy development on the correct legal way.
