喜炎平注射液与3种注射剂的配伍稳定性研究

摘　　要：目的研究室温6h内喜炎平注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中与注射用地塞米松磷酸钠、注射用维生素B6及10%氯化钾注射液的配伍稳定性,为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定喜炎平注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中与3种注射剂配伍后6h内喜炎平的含量,观察配伍后喜炎平含量、6h内溶液的外观及pH值的变化情况。结果在室温条件下,喜炎平注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中与上述3种注射剂配伍6h内外观均无明显变化;喜炎平注射液与注射用维生素B6配伍后含量有所下降,但3h内基本稳定,pH略有下降;喜炎平注射液与注射用地塞米松磷酸钠配伍后含量略有上升,但总体变化不大,pH略有上升;喜炎平注射液与氯化钾注射液配伍后含量、pH都变化不大。结论在室温条件下,喜炎平注射液在5%葡萄糖注射液中与上述3种注射剂在6h内配伍基本稳定,但与维生素B配伍需谨慎。Objective To study the stability of Xiyanping injection with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection,vitamin B6 injection and 10% KCl injection in 5% glucose injection at room temperature within 6h,in order to offer evidence for clinical rational drug use.Methods Determined the content of Xiyanping 6 hours after combining with 3 injections in 5% glucose injection by HPLC.Observed the changes of content of Xiyanping 6 hours after combined with 3 injections,appearance of solution with 6h,as well as pH.Results When combined with 3 injections above in 5% glucose injection respectively at room temperature within 6h,the appearance of 3 kinds of solution didn＇t changed obviously.When combined with vitamin B6 injection,the content of Xiyanping was reduced to some extent,but basically stable within 3h,while pH had a slight drop.When combined with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection,the content of Xiyanping had a slight rise,without a total obvious change,and pH was a lttle upper.When combined with 10% KCl injection,both the content of Xiyanping and pH didn＇t change much.Conclusion On the whole,it is stable when Xiyanping injection is combined with 3 injections above in 5% glucose injection at room temperature within 6h,but it shoud be careful when Xiyanping injection is combined with vitamin B6 injection.
