摘  要:苏里格气田以其巨大的储量以及"低渗、低压、低丰度、低产"四低的特征举世瞩目,经过四年来的探索与实践,已经形成了规模性的开发模式,水力压裂则是气井投产必须的重要措施。文章介绍了苏里格气田的地质概况,用裂缝延伸净压力拟合的方法获取裂缝参数,在产能拟合的基础上进行单井产能分析和预测,以地层岩石力学参数为基础并在考虑井口安全条件的基础上发展了独特的分层压裂工艺,利用低伤害发泡型N2增能压裂液解决了气井返排困难的难题,降低了储层伤害。该技术在苏里格气田苏5、桃7区块中的应用已超过300口井,获得平均无阻流量19.37×104m3/d,大于100×104m3/d无阻流量的井13口,单井最高无阻流量131.62×104m3/d,气田增产效果显著。Sulige gas field is famous in the world for its enormous reserves,as well as low-permeability,low pressure,low-abundance and low-yield features.After four years of exploration and practices,we have formed a scale of development model.Hydraulic fracturing is an important measurement for gas well to be put into production.This paper introduces the Sulige gas field geological overview,fracture parameters obtained from net pressure match of fracture extension,single well productivity analysis and and forecast based on the gas well productivity mateh.Based on the rock mechanics parameters of the formation,and considering the safety conditions of the well head,we have developed a unique technology of fracturing of separate layers.By using low-damage N2 foaming fracturing fluid,the puzzle of flowback of fracturing fluid has been sucessfully solved,which siginificantly reduced the reservoir damage.This technology has been applied in 300 wells in Su 5 and Tao 7 regions in Sulige gas field,with average absolute open flow of 18.37 104m3/d,among which 13 wells are with more than 100 104m3/d AOF,the maximum single well AOF is 131.62 104m3/d.The stimulayion results in gas field are quite remarkably.
