摘 要:目的探讨高磁场MRI伪影的产生机理及补偿技术。方法选择该院MRI伪影出现比较常见的检查患者1600例作为原始组,选择采用伪影补偿技术后的患者1600例作为改良组。分析2组患者MRI图像的各种伪影。结果原始组伪影例数比例为18.56%,改良组伪影例数比例为5.75%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论正确认识各种伪影及其产生的原因,才能通过相应补偿技术,有效地减少或消除伪影,提高图像质量。Objective To discuss generation mechanism and compensation techniques of MR artifacts at high magnetic field.Methods The primitive group chooses 1600 patients that MRI artifacts appear quite common.The improvement group chooses 1600 patients by the use of correspongding compensation techniques.All kinds of artifacts of two groups were ananlyzed respect vely.Results Artifacts example number proportion of the primitive proup was 18.56%,artifacts example number proportion of the improvemennt group was 5.75%,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.01) .Conclusion Only correctly understand all kinds of artifacts and the reasons to cause them,can make full use of this compensation techniques to reduce or eliminate artifacts effectively and increase the quality of images.
