摘 要:抗紫外整理纺织品是近年开发出来的功能性产品.纺织品防紫外线整理一般有两种方法,一种是利用无机颜料机械地涂布在纺织品表面,以反射紫外光;另一种是利用有机物质,吸收紫外光并进行能量转换,以热能形式或无害低能辐射将能量释放或消耗.防紫外整理剂SCJ965是将有机紫外线吸收剂和反射剂合理配合的产品,其主要成分为二苯甲酮类化合物和金属氧化物.将这种整理剂宣温浸渍或浸轧于织物上,轧余率75%(或脱水后布重为原布重的1.75倍),80℃~110℃烘干,即可达到防止紫外线过度辐射的目的.Anti-ultraviolet finished textile is a functional product developed in recent years and is normally finished by two ways; One is coating inorganic pigment on fabric surface mechanically for ultraviolet reflection ; The other is utilizing organic matter to absorb the ultraviolet and transfer the energy , then release or consume the energy in the form of heat or by harmless low-energy radiation. The anti-ultraviolet finish SCJ965, in which the organic ultraviolet absorbent and reflecting agent are combined reationally, is a product with benzophenone compounds and metal oxide as main component. Over-radiating from ultraviolet can be prevented by impregnating or padding the fabric with SCJ965 in atmospheric temperature with a pick up of 75% (e.g. after hydro-extracting, the weight of finished fabric is 1.75 times of original one) and followed by drying at 80℃ ~110℃.
