摘　　要：本文在阐述了巨灾风险及巨灾保险理论的基础上,考察和评价了其他国家巨灾保险制度,进而分析了我国巨灾保险模式的现状和主要问题,并借鉴国外的成功经验,结合我国的实际情况,提出了完善我国巨灾保险制度的对策。This paper elaborates the catastrophe risk and catastrophe insurance theory,and,compared to other eountries,analyzes current situation of catastrophe insurance system of our eountry.0n the basis of the successful experience of the foreign countries and the practice of our country,the article figures out the counter-measures in order to improve catastrophe insurance system of our country.
