摘　　要：新建高校电力管理基本思路是凭借其发展、研究、管理及电力布局设计、制定动态目标、绩效考核等一系列实行措施,才能使学校管理及电力管理初显成效方式。高校电力网科研工作预期价值将会得到进一步确认:由新建部分高校发电、变电、输电和用电等环节组成的配电与消费系统;将是整体设计中的重中之重,研究课题理论创新程度或实际应用价值得到进一步认可。New Power Management College, with its basic idea is to develop, research, management and power distribution design, develop dynamic goals, performance appraisal and a series of implementing measures to make school management and power management means paying off. University research is expected to value the power network will be further recognized： the new part of the college generation, substation, transmission and distribution electricity and other sectors and consumer systems composed; will be the top priority in the overall design, research topics of theoretical innovation degree or practical value to be further recognized.
