摘  要:糖尿病微血管病变是糖尿病患者致死致残的重要原因,其发病基础主要是在各种分子机制介导下,微血管形态、功能发生严重障碍,从而造成组织器官损伤。引起糖尿病微血管病变的机制比较复杂,目前尚未完全阐明。现主要从高血糖相关的葡萄糖毒性产物、血流动力学改变及由上述二者引起的细胞信号转导通路的异常三个方面入手,对糖尿病微血管病变发生机制的研究进展进行综述,为临床的预防和治疗提供依据。Diabetic microangiopathy is a major cause for disability and death in patients with diabetes mellitus.It mainly means,under the action of risk factors,through the molecular mechanisms,both in functional and morphology,the microvascular obstruction were seriously exist.Subsequently,the damage of tissues and organs were happened.The molecular mechanism for microvascular disease in diabetic microangiopathy patients are rather complex and still not entirely understood.This article mainly focus on three aspects in the pathogenesis for the formation to microangiopathy in diabetic patients:high-sugar-related glucose toxic roducts;hemodynamics changes,and cellular signal transduction pathway abnormalities.It may provide some data for prevention and treatment the diabetic microangiopathy patients.
