摘  要:引入虚拟水基本概念及其相关理论和计算方法,对海河流域京津冀地区2003~2007年居民消费的虚拟水数量和生产产品包含的虚拟水总量进行了定量分析,结果表明,在这5年间京津冀生产产品的虚拟水总量逐年上升,从2003年的1633.45亿m3增长到2007年的1698.15亿m3,农产品对水资源呈现出巨大的消耗量。指出虚拟水计算可以从定量角度揭示社会对水资源的真实需求状况,采用虚拟水战略可为研究区水资源管理提供新思路和政策建议。The concept of virtual water and the relevant theories and methods were introduced to quantitatively analyze the amount of residents' virtual water consumption and the total amount of virtual water due to manufacture of products in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region of Haihe River basin from 2003 to 2007. The results show that:during the 5 years,the total amount of virtual water due to manufacture of products in this region increases year by year (1 633.45×108m3 in 2003 and 1 698.15×108m3 in 2007),and huge consumption of water resources is demanded by the agricultural products. A conclusion is drawn that the calculation of virtual water may give the society's actual demand of virtual water from the quantitative viewpoint,and the virtual water strategy provides some new ideas and policy proposals for water resources management in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
