摘　　要：为了促进我国小型水库管理水平的提高,分析了我国小型水库的基本特征,即物理特征、水文特征、功能特征、管理特征和病险特征,认为小型水库管理已成为我国水利工程管理中最为薄弱的环节之一,厘清小型水库的基本特征,有助于水利管理部门制定科学的管理对策。In order to promote the management level of small reservoirs in China,the basic features were analyzed,including physical,hydrological,functional,management and degradation features. The management of small reservoirs was regarded as one of the weakest rings in the management of water resources projects in China. The difficulty in the management of small reservoirs was put forward. It would be helpful to water resources authorities for their preparation of scientific management strategies so as to improve the management level of small reservoirs in China.
