摘　　要：针对既有建筑的节能改造,探讨了建筑改造后采暖热媒参数设定问题。本文主要阐述了供暖系统形式为单管顺流式系统的节能改造建筑,在由于节能改造而导致建筑物热负荷减小的情况下,采暖供回水温度取值的调整问题。从热平衡方程式出发,推导出了节能改造建筑供回水温度的计算公式,为该类建筑的采暖运行提供了理论上的依据。Aiming at energy efficiency reconstruction of buildings,the heating medium para-meter of the reconstructed building is dicussed.For one building,whose heating system style is single-pipe series——loop system,the heating load will be lower when rebuilt for energy efficiency.This article will tell you how to calculate heating supply and return water temperature of this kind of building.It deduces a for-mula to optimize heating supply and return water temperature from the heat balance equation,which offers theoretical basic for the running of heating system in this kind of building.
