摘 要:萨零组储层是强水敏、强盐敏、中等偏强速敏、中等偏强酸敏、弱压敏储层,开发过程中必须添加防膨稳定剂,而选择合适的黏土稳定剂对开采低渗透的萨零组储层具有重要意义.室内驱油实验表明,HLX黏稳型驱油剂提高采收率幅度明显高于水驱,较普通型黏土稳定剂可高出10个百分点.HLX黏稳型驱油剂除具备防止黏土运移和膨胀的作用外,对油层中的黏土稳定作用具有长期、高效、用量低的特点,溶液具有强活性.萨零组油层现场试验取得了较好效果,HLX黏稳型驱油剂注入质量分数为3% 时,增油效果明显,研究可对类似低渗透油藏的高效开发提供依据.Saling reservoir is characterized by strong water and salinity sensitivity, moderate-strong speed and acid sensitivity, as well as slight pressure sensitivity, which is inferred that anti-swelling inhibitor needs to be added during the reservoir development, moreover, selecting the appropriate clay inhibitor is of importance to the recovery of low-permeability Saling formation reservoir. According to the laboratory oil-displacing experiment, recovery enhanced by HLX oil-displacing clay inhibitor is much more prominent than the results by water flooding, and the reovery by HLX, if compared with ordinary clay inhibitors, is generally 10% higher. HLX oil-displacing clay in- hibitor can prevent clay from migrating and swelling, besides that, it has the characteristics as durable, high ef- fective and cost-save on clay stabilization of reservoir. Furthermore, the solution is highly active. After the application of HLX in Saling reservoir, a satisfying result and deepening understanding have been achieved, oil increases obviously in Saling reservoir when injected concentration of HLX reaches 3% , for the analogous low-permeability reservoir, this research can provide reference and guidance for high effective development.
