摘  要:将有机粘土与陶瓷微滤膜结合处理高浓度乳化油废水。结果表明,有机粘土作为膜过程的助滤剂,能减轻膜污染,在温度30℃、膜面流速5m·s-1,跨膜压差0.10MPa的条件下,膜通量为240L·m-2·h-1,比直接微滤增大了60%。有效改善了出水水质,提高了除油率,渗透液油含量<10mg·L-1,满足排放要求。In orderto improve the removal efficiencies of oils, to mitigate the membrane fouling, organoclay as aid forceramic membrane microfiltration of oily wastewater was performed. The results of filtration tests showed that the membrane fouling decreased and the permeate flux and quality was increased with the organoclay adder. The permeate flux was 60% greater than that organoclay was not used, and the flux was 240 L·m-2·h-1 at transmembrane pressure of 0.10 MPa and cross-flow velocity of 5 m·s-1. The removal of oils was improved, and the concentration of oils was less than 10 mg·L-1. The permeate can be reused undervery safe conditions.
