摘 要:粘胶废水与染整废水采用物化和生物结合的处理工艺。根据粘胶废水和染整废水特点,对粘胶废水进行预处理去除废水中的Zn2+,再与染整废水混合处理。工程运行结果表明,粘胶废水经过调节pH预沉淀后,Zn2+去除率超过90%;混合废水经过物化和生化处理后,尾水水质满足污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准要求,废水的COD、BOD5、S2-、色度去除效率分别超过88%、90%、95%和90%。According to the characteristics of viscose wastewaterand dyeing-finishing wastewater, the combination of physical-chemical treatment and biological treatment were adopted in the project. The two wastewaters were mixed afterZn2+ in viscose wastewaterremoved in the pretreatment process. It showed that the Zn2+ removal rate was more than 90%afterpH adjustment and pre-precipitation and the final effluent could reach the grade I standard of GB8978-96. The removal rate of COD was more than 88%, BOD5 was more than 90%, S2- was more than 95%, and chroma was more than 90%. Some proposals about viscose wastewatertreatment and cleanerproduction to reduce the pollutant were discussed.
