针药并用治疗特发性肺纤维化疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的临床疗效。方法将确诊为特发性肺间质纤维化患者随机分为联合组和激素组,联合组采用中药、针灸和激素联合治疗,激素组只采用激素治疗,观察两组临床症状、胸部X线摄片和肺功能的变化。结果联合组临床疗效及肺功能FVC、FEV1、PaO2均明显高于激素组。结论联合组能显著改善患者的肺功能,并在一定程度上改善呼吸困难症状。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating idiopathic pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Methods Patients diagnosed definitely with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were randomly allocated to combination and hormone groups.The combination group was treated with combined Chinese herbal medicine,acu-mox and hormone and the hormone group,with hormone alone the clinical symptoms,chest X-ray films and pulmonary function were examined in the two groups.Results The clinical therapeutic effect was significantly better and pulmonary function-related FVC,FEV1 and PaO2 were significantly higher in the combination group than in the hormone group.Conclusion The combined treatment can noticeably improve the patient＇s pulmonary function and relieves dyspnea to a certain extent.
