摘 要:通过单矿物浮选试验研究了十二胺、十二烷基三甲基氯化铵和十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵对白钨矿、方解石和萤石的浮选行为。结果表明,捕收能力强弱顺序为十二胺〉十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵〉十二烷基三甲基氯化铵,且十二胺和十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵均表现出较好的选择性,但二者的浮选行为有所不同。在pH=8~9的范围内,十二胺浮选3种含钙矿物的顺序是萤石〉方解石〉白钨矿,而十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵的浮选顺序为白钨矿〉方解石〉萤石。基团电负性、水-油平衡度和疏水链长的计算结果表明,3种捕收剂对含钙矿物捕收性能的差异是由它们极性基的特性决定的。The flotation behaviors of dodecylamine(DDA),dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(DTAC) and dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride(DDBAC) on calcium-containing pure minerals such as scheelite,calcite and fluorite were studied.The results show that the collecting ability in descending order is DDADDBACDTAC.Both DDA and DDBAC show good selectivity,yet,different flotation behaviors can be observed,as,in the pH range of 8~9,the collecting ability for DDA is in the order of fluoritecalcitescheelite,while,for DDBAC,in the order of scheelitecalcitefluorite.The calculations of electronegativity of polar groups,balance of water and oil and the length of hydrophobic chain have also shown that the difference in collecting behavior for these three collectors in recovering calcium-containing minerals is determined by characteristics of polar groups.
