摘  要:对某铁品位为27.23%的复杂难选铁矿石进行了还原焙烧-磁选研究,比较了助熔剂种类及用量对直接还原效果的影响。结果表明,助熔剂能够降低硅铝钙镁等氧化物的熔点,改善铁的氧化物的还原条件,对直接还原有促进作用;不同种类助熔剂的作用效果不同,对本试验所研究的矿石,助熔剂A的效果要优于B。Study on reduction roasting-magnetic separation of some refractory iron ore in which the iron grade was 27.23% was conducted and the effects of the types and dosage of fluxing agent on direct reduction were compared.The results indicated that fluxing agent can lower the melting point of silicon,aluminium,calcium and magnesium,improve the reduction conditions of iron oxide and promote direct reduction.The effects of different fluxing agent are different.The effect of fluxing agent A was better than that of fluxing agent B for the test ore.
