摘  要:利用生物质(植物副产秸杆、粮食加工副产壳类等)还原浸出锰银矿,然后再从浸出渣中提取银,从而实现的锰、银分离。玉米秸杆还原浸锰条件为:降解糖化液体积与精矿质量比(L/D)为3、秸秆粉95℃预降解糖化0.5 h、n(H2SO4)/n(Mn)=1.4、秸秆/矿粉质量比为0.275、95℃浸出时间5 h,锰浸出率约92%;浸锰渣浸银NaCN用量3 kg/t渣、常温浸银时间3 h时,Ag的浸出率达92.20%。Silver manganese ore was reduction leached with biomass(straw from plant by-product and shell from grain processing by product) and then silver was extracted from leaching slag to separate Mn and Ag.The conditions of reduction leaching of manganese with corn straw were that L/D=3,pre-degradating and saccharificating straw powder for 0.5 h at 95 ℃,n(H2SO4)/n(Mn)=1.4,the mass ratio of straw to ore powder was 0.275,leaching 5 h at 95 ℃,the leaching rate of Mn was about 92%.The leaching rate of Ag reached 92.20% under the conditions that NaCN dosage was 3 kg/t when leaching silver from leaching manganese slag and the leaching silver time was 3 h at normal temperature.
