硫化氢对甲醛炎性痛大鼠行为学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察鞘内注射硫化氢供体硫氢化钠(NaHS)和腹腔注射胱硫醚-γ-裂解酶抑制剂DL-炔丙基甘氨酸(PAG)对甲醛炎性痛大鼠的行为学影响,探讨小分子气体硫化氢(H2S)在炎性痛中的作用。方法成年雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为5组(n=8):疼痛模型组、人工脑脊液组、NaHS组、生理盐水组、PAG组。注射溶媒、NaHS或PAG后,向大鼠一侧足底皮下注射5%甲醛溶液,观察60 min,进行疼痛行为学评分。结果疼痛模型组、人工脑脊液组和生理盐水组的疼痛行为学评分差异无显著性(P>0.05);在第二相反应时段,与疼痛模型组相比,人工脑脊液组和生理盐水组的疼痛行为学评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),NaHS组和PAG组的疼痛行为学评分明显降低(P<0.05)。结论鞘内注射NaHS和腹腔注射PAG均能对甲醛炎性痛大鼠产生镇痛作用。Objectives To evaluate the effect of intrathecal pretreatment of sodium hydrosulfide（NaHS）-hydrogen sulfide donor and intraperitoneal injection of cystathionine-γ-liase inhibitor PAG on the ethology of rat with formalin-induced inflammatory pain,and to explore the role of hydrogen sulfide,a small-molecule gas in inflammatory pain.Methods There were no significant statistical differences in the scores of pain-induced ethology between the pain model group,ACSF group and the solvent group（P0.05）.In the second phase of response,there were no significant statistical differences in the scores of pain-induced ethology in ACSF group and the normal saline group,as compared to the pain model group（P0.05）,while those in NaHS group and PAG group showed a significant decrease（P0.05）.Results Control group and solvent group of pain behavioral score had no significant statistical difference（P0.05）.In the second period,compared to control group,rat pain behavior scores in ACSF group and saline group had no significant statistical difference（P0.05）,but that of NaHS group and PAG group reduced significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Both intrathecal injection of NaHS and intraperitoneal injection of PAG could produce anti-nociceptive effects.
