脂联素基因多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脂联素基因(apM1)2号外显子+45位点T/G多态性与滨州地区汉族人群2型糖尿病(T2DM)的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性方法 ,检测100例T2DM患者及100例健康者的apM1 2号外显子+45位点T/G多态性。结果与健康者比较,T2DM患者G/G基因型分布、G等位基因频率明显升高,T等位基因频率明显降低(P均<0.01)。结论 apM1可能是滨州地区汉族人群T2DM的易感基因。Objective To investigate the relationship between adiponectin gene exon 2 polymorphism and type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） in Han population of Binzhou.Methods A total of 100 T2DM patients and 100 controls were enrolled in our study.PCR-RFLP method was used to determine the polymorphism of the SNP＋45（T/G） in exon 2 of adiponectin gene.Results G/G genotype frequency and G allele frequency were significantly higher in T2DM group than in the control group（P0.01）.T allele frequency was significantly lower in T2DM group than in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Adiponectin gene may play a major role in susceptibility to T2DM in Han population of Binzhou.
