葛根素对糖尿病合并颈动脉硬化患者血液流变学和sICAM-1、sVCAM-1的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并颈动脉硬化患者血瘀的病理基础,观察葛根素注射液对其血液流变学及细胞黏附分子的影响。方法将80例伴血瘀证的T2DM合并颈动脉硬化患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;两组均行饮食控制和DM常规治疗,治疗组加行葛根素注射液治疗15 d。治疗前后,检测两组血液流变学、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标、sICAM-1、sVCAM-1及hs-CRP均明显下降(P均<0.01)。结论葛根素能改善T2DM合并颈动脉硬化伴血瘀证患者的血液流变学,调节免疫细胞黏附分子表达,有效地防治或延缓T2DM合并颈动脉硬化的发生、发展。Objective To investigate the pathological basis of blood stasis of type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） patients with carotid atherosclerosis,and to observe the effects of puerarin on blood rheology and cell adhesion molecules.Methods Eighty cases with blood stasis syndrome of T2DM patients with carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.All patients were given conventional diet control and conventional treatment of DM.puerarin was additionally injected in the patients of treatment group for 15 days.Blood rheology,soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1（sICAM-1）,soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1（sVCAM-1） and high sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） were detected before and after treatment.Results When compared with control group,blood rheology,sICAM-1,sVCAM-1 and hs-CRP in treatment group were significantly decreased（all P0.01）.Conclusions Puerarin can improve the blood stasis hemorheology of T2DM patients with carotid atherosclerosis and blood stasis,and regulate the express of immune cell adhesion molecules,effectively prevent or delay the genetate and development of T2DM with carotid atherosclerosis.
