摘　　要：分析了90°旋转弯管成型工艺特点,优化设计了模具结构、二次滑块抽芯机构,并详细介绍了模具工作过程。模具结构简单、安全,完全满足塑件质量要求。Analysis on the forming characteristic of a 90 degrees rotational bent pipe helps to optimize the design of an injection mould structure and its twice core-pulling mechanism by slide block. The molding process was discussed in detail.
