摘  要:通过急冷急热成型技术在花洒高光面板模具上的应用,介绍了急冷急热成型技术的原理和模具设计要点。急冷急热成型技术可有效解决多孔多浇口塑件的熔合线问题,提高塑件表面光泽度。通过比较可以看出,采用急冷急热成型技术较之采用油温机控温生产效率更高,塑件质量更好,成本更低。The principle of emergency cooling and heating forming technique and design points of a high fineness mould for a shower spray were presented. The technique can solve the problem of weld lines in the forming of multi-hole and multi-gate plastic part, thus increasing the surface fineness of the product. Compared with that made by oil heating machine, emergency cooling and heating forming technique can achieve a higher production efficiency in manufacturing a better quality of products with lower cost.
