摘　　要：目的探讨尿胆红素检测对妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症的预测价值。方法 2008年1～6月对成都市妇产科医院门诊133例临床怀疑为ICP的孕妇进行尿胆红素检测和血胆汁酸检测。以血胆汁酸结果为金标准,对两种检测方法的一致性进行评价。结果尿胆红素阳性者其血胆汁酸水平亦高,两者有一致性。结论尿胆红素检测可随机进行,有很高的特异性,可用于ICP的预测。Objective To discuss the value of bilirubin in urine to predict intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods To test bilirubin in urine and serum total bile acid of 133 pregnant women who are clinically suspected with ICP in out patient of our hospital from January to June in 2008.As the results of serum total bile acid as a gold standard,we evaluate the consistency of the two detection methods.Results The pregnant women with positive results of bilirubin in urine are with high level of serum total bile acids,the two methods have the consistency.Conclusion Urinates the bilirubin examination is convenient in out patient,with high specificity,can be used to predict ICP.
