摘　　要：目的通过比较解剖钢板治疗复杂的粗隆间骨折与动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗简单粗隆间骨折的疗效比较,探讨解剖钢板是否适合治疗复杂的股骨粗隆间骨折。方法对138例股骨粗隆间骨折分别采用股骨近端解剖钢板和动力髋螺钉(DHS)进行内固定,从手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、骨愈合时间、术后功能恢复程度、术后并发症等方面观察。结果随访6～60个月,两组在手术时间及术中出血量方面差异有统计学意义;在下地时间、骨愈合时间及术后功能恢复方面两组差异无统计学意义;两组优良率差异无统计学意义。结论解剖钢板适合治疗复杂股骨粗隆间骨折。Objective To compare anatomical plate in the treatment of complex intertrochanteric fractures with dynamic hip screw（DHS） treatment of simple intertrochanteric fractures.Investigating that whether anatomical plate is suitable for the treatment of complex intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A study of 138 patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture,adopting both anatomical plate to fix complex intertrochanteric fractures and DHS to fix the simples.The data of operative time,blood loss,walking time,union time,postoperative recovery level and the complications were recorded.Results All the patients were followed up for 6～60 months,there were significant diferences in operative time and blood loss between two groups.There were no significant difference in walking time,union time and postoperative recovery level.There were no significant difference in the excellent rate between the two groups.Conclusion Anatomical plates is suitable for the treatment of complex intertrochanteric fracture.
