摘 要:海上固定平台上部组块常规的安装方法有浮吊吊装安装和驳船调载浮托安装两种方法,这两种安装技术都比较成熟。但赵东油田海上钻井平台(ODB平台)上部组块重约39640kN,而国内最大的浮吊"蓝疆"号的最大吊装能力为38000kN,所以浮吊吊装法不可用。并且由于平台位于渤海湾滩海区域,平均海图水深仅2.4m,水深极浅,调载难度极大,无法采用驳船调载浮托安装法。鉴于此,经过综合考虑,平台组块的海上安装采用了海上拉索千斤顶提升结合浮托的安装方法、插腿式结构设计等特殊技术,同时充分利用潮汐的变化,最终成功安装。文章介绍了拉索千斤顶提升结合浮托的安装过程及该方法的优缺点。Typical offshore installation of fixed platform topside includes two types of fully-fledged methods: lifting installation and floatover installation with barge ballast.The topside weight of the drilling platform ODB in Zhaodong Oilfield is about 39 640 kN,but Lanjiang,the biggest derrick barge in China,has only the lifting capacity of 38 000 kN,accordingly lifting method is not suitable for ODB topside installation.Moreover,the platform is located in extremely shallow water area in Bohai Bay and the mean water depth is only 2.4 m at the platform site.The water depth is so shallow that floatover installation with ballast can’t be used.Therefore,floatover installation method with strand jack uplift is adopted,meanwhile the inserted leg type structure and favourable flood tide time are also utilized.Finally ODB topside is successfully installed.The installation course using floatover method with strand jack uplift is described,and the advantages and disadvantages as well.
