摘  要:水平定向钻穿越施工技术在长输管道施工中得到广泛应用,在导向孔钻进中控向是施工成败的关键环节,目前多采用有线控向或无线控向等单一控向技术,但有线控向和无线控向都存在一定缺陷。为了进一步提高穿越精确度,在研究联合控向技术基础上,利用有线控向和无线控向技术各自的优点,研制了联合控向装置,使两种控向技术有机结合,此项技术的特点在于两种控向系统既可单独工作,也可以联合工作,可克服有线控向和无线控向各自的不利因素,使穿越更加准确。文章介绍了联合控向技术的原理、操作方法及应用实例。Horizontal directional drilling technique is widely used in long-distance pipeline crossing construction.Directional control in pilot drilling is the key technique that determines pipeline construction results.At present,the single directional control technique—wired directional control or wireless directional control is commonly used although it exits some shortcomings.In order to further improve pipeline crossing precision,a combined directional control technique taking the respective advantages of wired directional control and wireless directional control is developed.With this technique,directional control can be implemented in either single mode (i.e.wired directional control or wireless directional control) or combined mode.The working principle,concrete operation method and application example of the combined directional control technique are introduced in this paper.
