摘 要:针对目前CO2逆变焊接电源PWM硬开关控制方式开关损耗大、稳定性差的问题,研制了一种有限双极性软开关CO2逆变焊接电源,该电源重点解决IGBT拖尾电流大和占空比丢失问题,不仅可以提高稳定性,还能大大降低开关损耗。建立了有限双极性软开关CO2焊工艺的实验平台,通过工艺实验,优化焊接工艺参数,并对所设计研究的电源进行全面测试。实验结果表明,研制的有限双极性软开关逆变电源工作稳定可靠,短路过渡过程平稳,较大程度地降低了飞溅,改善了焊缝成形,实现了综合工艺性能较佳的焊接效果。On the problems of the large switching loss and the bad stability in PWM hard-switching method,a limited double-pole soft-switching inverter power source is developed,and the duty cycle lost in the IGBT control scheme is avoided and the efficiency of the transformer is improved.A comprehensive performance testing of the welding system is carried out on a test platform.The results show the high speed and good anti-jamming ability of the circuit.The experiment platform for the limited double-pole soft-switching CO2 arc welding is established.The power source is tested in welding experiments,and the optimized welding parameters are obtained.The experimental results indicate that the limited double-pole soft-switching inverter power source has high stability.As the welding spatters are significantly decreased and the weld forming is improved,the excellent welding quality is achieved via limited double-pole soft-switching inverter power.
