摘　　要：创新人才培养是当前国家的一项重要发展战略和高等院校的一项核心任务。为落实国家人才发展战略,河南理工大学就"卓越工程师教育培养计划"、"科学思维与科学方法"教学改革试验、实验室科学与工程教育、煤炭行业紧缺人才培养的实施策略进行了初步探索和实践,以培养造就大批高素质工程科技创新人才。The creative talent training is an important development strategy of the current state and a core task of colleges and universities.For the implementation of national talent development strategy,Henan Polytechnic University have preliminary explored and practiced on the ＂training program of excellent engineer＂,the teaching reform test of ＂scientific thinking and scientific method＂,laboratory science and engineering education,the implementation strategy of the coal industry talent training in short supply,to train a large number of high-quality engineering technological innovation talent.
