摘　　要：旨在为决策部门构建和推动莆田市体育科技进入良性运行提供理论依据,文章论述了莆田市当前为体育科技发展提供的政策、经济、文化的外部环境,同时又从竞技体育、群众体育、体育场地设施、体育科学实验室、体育从业人员的文化素质以及政策支持力度等方面论述了其内部环境,并就当前体育科技发展的存在实际问题提出了宏观规划、整合资源、抓住机遇、引进人才、拓宽经费来源、创新体制等发展对策。In order to provide the theoretical basis for the decision-making departments to build and promote the healthy physical science and technology,this paper discussed the external environment for policy,economy and culture for sports science and technology in Putian city.It also analyzed the internal environment of mass sports,sports facilities,labs for sports science and technology,the cultural quality for the practitioners and policy support for the development of sports.Then it accordingly put forward the countermeasures for the problems existing in reality.And the paper could provide the theoretical basis for the decision-making departments to run the sports science and technology well.
