摘　　要：通过文献资料、数理统计等方法,对新中国成立以来我国教练员队伍现状进行对比分析,结果表明:新时期我国体校教练员队伍存在教练员与运动员数量比不够合理、教练员年龄结构和职称结构不合理、教练员学历水平低下等问题,提出了增加教练员数量、改革教练员选拨方式、建立严格的教练员岗位培训制度等建议。Through the methods of literature and mathematical statistics,this study focused on the existing problems in the construction of coach team,such as researching on the ratio of the number of coaches and athletes,age structure,title structure,education level and so on among sports school coaches.And several suggestions were proposed in order to enhance the construction of the coach team.
