摘  要:以4个花生品种为材料,对比研究其全生育期叶片光合特性及光合生理指标的变化规律.结果表明:(1)4个花生品种全生育期叶片净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)及叶面积指数(LAI)的变化规律大致相似,均呈先升后降的趋势.差异分析表明,HY16在生育中后期具有较高的Pn、Tr以及较大的LAI.(2)4个花生品种叶片叶绿素含量均呈先降后升再降的趋势,峰值均出现在结荚盛期.除花针期外,其他时期各品种间差异基本达到极显著水平(P<0.01).(3)4个花生品种叶片可溶性糖含量均呈先升后降的趋势.其中HY22在结荚初期达最大,而LH12在结荚盛期出现峰值,且在这2个时期分别都极显著高于其他品种(P<0.01).说明不同花生品种光合产物向籽粒中运转的时期有所不同.(4)整个生育期4个花生品种Pn与Tr呈显著正相关(P<0.05),但与叶绿素和可溶性糖含量相关性不显著.Comparative studies on variation of photosynthetic characteristics and physiological indexes of four peanut varieties were carried out during the whole growth period.The results showed:(1)Variation of net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration(Tr)and leaf area index(LAI)of four peanut varieties were similar,which increased during early stage and decreased during late stage.Difference analysis showed that HY16 had higher Pn,Tr and LAI in mid-and late-growing period.(2)Chlorophyll content of four peanut varieties decreased during early stage,increased during middle stage and decreased during late stage again,and had the highest value in the peak pod-setting period.Difference of four varieties reached significant level during the whole growth period except the pod-pin stage.(3)Soluble sugar content of four peanut varieties increased first and decreased afterwards,LH12 had the highest value in the peak pod-setting,HY22 in early pod-setting period,both were higher than other varieties significantly.(4)During the whole growth period,Pn had significant positive correlation with Tr of four peanut varieties,while no significant correlation with chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content,respectively.
