摘　　要：探讨了传统MIS开发和维护问题、Web Services及其应用,将Web Services思想引入MIS开发方式中,建立了基于Web Services的MIS开发方式模型,通过构建基于Web Services思想的MIS开发平台并对一个简单的MIS进行测试开发,证实了Web Services解决MIS开发和维护问题的可行性。研究表明,Web Services思想是解决传统MIS开发和维护问题的一种较好的方法。This paper discusses the problems of development and maintenance of traditional MIS,Web Services and its applications,introduces the idea of the Web Services to MIS development mode,builds a MIS development approach model based on Web Services.The feasibility is confirmed that the problem of development and maintenance of MIS can be solved by Web Services after a MIS development platform based on the ideas of Web Services is constructed and the development of a simple MIS is tested by it.The results have shown that the idea of Web Services is a better approach to solve the problem of development and maintenance of traditional MIS.
