摘  要:目的探讨芒果甙对痤疮主要致病菌的抑菌作用,为深度开发芒果树药用植物资源提供研究依据。方法采用液体试管法,进行金黄色葡萄球菌的常规培养及痤疮丙酸杆菌的厌氧培养,按试管稀释法调整细菌浓度;以红霉素为对照,观察芒果甙对痤疮丙酸杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果芒果甙对痤疮主要致病菌有一定的抑菌作用但不如红霉素明显,芒果甙对痤疮丙酸杆菌的MIC为8mmol/L;对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为20mmol/L;而红霉素对痤疮丙酸杆菌的MIC为160μmol/L;对金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC为20μmol/L;100μmol/L的芒果甙能把红霉素的MIC浓度从160μmol/L下降至0.160μmol/L。结论芒果甙可降低红霉素的最低抑菌浓度,两者配伍使用,可降低红霉素的使用剂量。Objective To investigate suppressive effects of Mangiferin on Propionibacterium Acnes in vitro,so as to provide research evidence for further exploiting the drug plant resources of Mango trees.Methods A fluid test tube method was used to perform normal Staphylococcus aureus culture and Staphylococcus aureus anaerobic culture,and the cell concentrations were regulated in tube dilution series.The erythromycin was used as control,the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Mangiferin on Propionibacterium Acnes and Staphylocous aureus were observed.Results Mangiferin can inhibit the Propionibacterium acnes to some extent,but not as sensitive as erythromycin.The MIC of Mangiferin to Propionibacterium acnes is 8 mmol/L and to Staphylocous aureus is 20mmol/L.The MIC of erythromycin to Propionibacterium acnes is 160 μmol/L and to Staphylocous aureus is 20 μmol/L.The Mangiferin can change the MIC of erythromycin;100μmol/L of Mangiferin can reduce the MIC of the erythromycin from 160 μmol/L to 0.160 μmol/L.Conclusion Mangiferin can reduce the MIC of erythromycin.When combined with erythromycin,it can reduce the dose usage of erythromycin
