摘  要:给-吸电子单元交替相连的高分子光伏材料聚对苯撑乙烯撑(PPV)共聚物一般具有较低的带隙,可以增加对太阳光的利用率。文中设计合成了两种含喹喔啉的具有给-吸电子单元相连特征的PPV共聚物PPV-QL、PPV-BPh。用核磁共振(NMR)、红外光谱(FT-IR)等对共聚物的结构进行了表征,并对其紫外-可见吸收及光学带隙进行了研究。结果显示,PPV-QL、PPV-BPh吸收峰反而比PPV蓝移,带隙也维持不变。通过计算机模拟,使用半经验的AM1对两种高分子几何构型进行了最优化,发现共聚物与PPV相比,共平面变差,这给共轭效应带来不利影响,抵消了给-吸电子结构对共轭效应的增加。Low band gap polymers are expected to improve the efficiency of polymer solar cells. Polymers with donor-acceptor repeating units can lead to a reduction of band gap. Two novel poly(phenylenevinylene)s(PPV) copolymers PPV-QL and PPV-BPh containing alternating phenyl rings and quinoxaline units were synthesized and characterized by NMR,FT-IR. The UV-vis absorption spectra in solution/films were characterized. The geometries of the oligomers were optimized using semi-empirical AM1. Although an alternate donor-acceptor repeating units has been imparted,PPV-QL and PPV-BPh still reveal a similar optical band gap value compared to homopolymer PPV. And the absorption maximum of PPV-QL and PPV-BPh was evidently blue-shifted comparison with that of PPV. The similar optical band gap and evident blue shift compared to PPV are mainly due to the large steric hindrance induced by the quinoxaline units which lead to destroyed chain coplanar.
