摘  要:采用原位活性接枝聚合反应在玻璃表面制备了聚苯乙烯"刷子"层,制备过程包括:将偶联剂3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷接枝到玻璃表面,然后以4-羟基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氧自由基(HTEMPO.)为自由基捕捉剂,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,在玻璃表面引发苯乙烯接枝聚合反应,制备了4nm~28nm厚的聚苯乙烯"刷子"。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表明Si(1s/2p)在99eV、151eV处吸收峰强度随接枝反应时间的延长而逐渐减弱,C(1s)在285eV处的吸收峰强度随接枝时间的延长而增强;椭圆偏振仪结果表明聚苯乙烯层的厚度随聚合时间的延长从4nm增加到28nm。红外光谱(FT-IR)表明在玻璃表面的聚合物为聚苯乙烯。Here,a brush-like polystyrene (PS) was synthesized on the surface of the glass by using living in-situ grafting polymerization. First,the 3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxy-silane (3-MPS) was grafted onto the surface of the glass to form terminal vinyl groups as grafting sites; then,in the presence of benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and 4-hydroxyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinyloxy (HTEMPO·),brush-like polystyrene (PS) with the thickness of 4 nm to 28 nm was synthesized onto the surface of the glass via the growth of PS chains from the surface of the 3-MPS initiator layer. X-ray photoelectron specroscopy (XPS) shows that the peak at 99eV Si(2p),151eV Si(1s) and 533eV O(1s) decreases with increasing reaction time,that peak at 285 eV C(1s) increases with increasing reaction time. The thickness of polystyrene changes from 4 nm to 28 nm with increasing reaction time. Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR) shows that the polystyrene is covalently anchored onto the surface of glass.
