摘 要:以MCM-41分子筛为介孔材料,采用絮凝法制备复合光催化剂,通过XRD对复合光催化剂的晶型结构和形貌进行了表征,以人工合成染料罗丹明B为降解对象,考察絮凝pH、煅烧时间、煅烧温度、光照时间、催化剂投加量对复合光催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明:在絮凝pH值为4时所得絮凝污泥,经700℃煅烧2h后的复合光催化剂具有最佳的光催化活性,在紫外光下照射浓度为20mg/L的罗丹明B 40min可获得98%以上的降解效果。The composite photocatalyst was prepared by flocculation method using MCM-41 mesoporous as materials,and the crystal phase and morphology of composite photocatalyst were investigated by XRD.The photo catalytic activities of composite photocatalyst with the flocculation pH,the calcining time,the calcining temperature,the illumination time and the catalyst amounts were evaluated by Rhodamine B.The experimental results showed that when the flocculation pH was 4,the composite photocatalyst had the best photo catalytic activity after calcining for 2h at 700℃,and the degradation rate of Rhodamine B could reach more than 98% when the concentration of Rhodamine B was 20mg/L and exposed for 40min under UV light illumination.
