摘 要:对受污NHD溶剂进行了腐蚀性进行了分析测定,分别采用抽滤法、无机膜过滤法、加CaO抽滤法对受污NHD溶剂进行了净化处理,研究了各种净化方法对受污NHD溶剂腐蚀性去除率和吸收效果的影响,根据净化后腐蚀性去除率和NHD溶剂的吸收性能,确定最佳净化方法。试验结果表明:在室温,真空度为0.09MPa的条件下,选用加CaO抽滤法,CaO用量为0.05g(CaO)/mL(NHD溶剂),对受污NHD溶剂进行净化处理,处理后受污NHD溶剂液的腐蚀性降低了69.8%,且NHD溶剂的吸收性能恢复了90%。The corrosion of the polluted NHD solution was analyzed.Pumping filtration,inorganic membrane filtration,and pumping filtration added by calcium oxide were used for treating the polluted NHD solution,respectively.Their influence on corrosion removal and absorption efficiency was studied.According to the condition of corrosion removal and absorption efficiency,the best treatment method was determined.Experimental results showed that under room temperature,vacuum degree was 0.09MPa,pumping filtration added by calcium oxide was selected to treat the polluted NHD solution,amount of calcium oxide was 0.05g/L,corrosion was decreased 69.8%,and the absorption property of NHD solution was regained 90%.
